EVA milled orthotics are manufactured using our unique Kinetic protocol. This gives these devices the same high degree of design reliability and accuracy. With our kinetic Orthotic design and manufacturing system EVA cad cam orthotics can now be produced with greater individual design inter-reliability than using other systems. Tailored to your patients needs and scientifically engineered to optimise the application. This is a unique Australian made and manufactured and engineered product.

Our EVA material product comes in three different densities. These densities have been uniquely selected and manufactured to combine an ideal balance between durability, density and performance. Our materials are developed and manufactured in Australia. The material densities are low, medium and high.

Low density material is grey or blue, and can be used on people who are lightweight and/or have peripheral vascular disease. These people include diabetics and patients with high blood pressure as well as patients with rheumatoid arthritis.

 

Medium density is brown, the most versatile we provide with excellent levels of durability, comfort and control. Ideal weight range under 85kg.

 

 

Rigid, or High density material is black and great for people weighing over 85 Kg, or people engaging in a high level of activity where a longer durability is required.

All EVA Orthotics are top covered in vinyl as standard.  However, leather, spenco, or Vlies are also available by request.

PREPAID IMPRESSION BOX

The benefits of this product are:

  • No packing and postage costs 
  • Available in stock in your clinic for immediate use 
  • Single price includes the Impression box, the Orthotics, and postage to and from the lab 
  • Single supplier from prognosis to fitting. 

    The reply-Paid boxes are based on the EVA Orthotic pricing.  However, should you require variations such as polypropylene Orthotics, or different covers, an easy pricing and payment system is included with each Impression box.  The Impression boxes are available in quantities of five boxes.

    Seven Simple Steps

     
    1  Order and receive Foam Impression boxes from Kinetic Orthotics.
    2  Place foot heel first in box, then lateral side.  Apply firm pressure across the ball of the foot.
    3  Complete the Clinical Data Sheet.
    4  Place Impression box with the Clinical Data Sheet in the Post Box.
    5  Footprint is scanned.  Digital data is combined with clinical information to produce the design parameters.
    6  Orthotic is computer milled, ground finished, top covered, Quality checked & dispatched within 3 working days from receipt into the lab.
    7  Receive and fit Orthotics.  Our EVA Kinetic Orthotics are guaranteed for a period of 6 months against breakage and delamination.
